1. How to order products?
Or­der may be made by phone, fax or via e-mail. You can cor­rect the or­der of the day dir­ectly to your or­der.

2. How is the delivery of goods?
De­liv­ery to the re­gions we are un­der­tak­ing with the help of ex­press de­liv­ery, which sig­ni­fic­antly re­duces de­liv­ery time. Pay­ment for trans­port­a­tion of goods to the des­tin­a­tion is made by buy­er on ac­count of trans­port com­pan­ies, or as a sep­ar­ate item in our ac­count to pay for the goods. Also, you can pick up the goods by self-de­liv­ery from our ware­house.

3. What documents are needed to get the goods?
Along with de­liv­ery, we al­ways send a full pack­age of doc­u­ments for your ac­count­ing de­part­ment. If your rep­res­ent­at­ive takes the goods from our ware­house by self-de­liv­ery, he must have on him: the ori­gin­al of con­tractl, the bill of lad­ing, the in­voice, the war­rant to re­ceive. On re­quest we can send cop­ies of cer­ti­fic­ates for products, ad­vert­ising ma­ter­i­als, as well as print and elec­tron­ic cata­logues of in­terest to you spare parts.

4. The method of payment.
Prepayment of 100%.

5. The term of delivery.
The ship­ment from a ware­house in Mo­scow is per­formed with­in 1 (one) busi­ness day from the date of the 100% pay­ment to our ac­count. If there are no de­tails you want, the term of de­liv­ery is 15 work­ing days from the date of pay­ment.
